We were pleasantly upgraded to a single room upon arrival and found that the location was conveniently close to a mall, monuments, and restaurants in the heart of the city.

The staff here was super friendly and really nice, making the whole experience amazing. the room had great air conditioning, which was a relief. Plus, the location is perfect - it's close to monuments, restaurants, and a mall! You'll never run out of places to eat 😊. Also, it's right in the middle of everything in the city.

That hotel was in a magnificent location, in the middle of jackson. Plus, Jackpot Baptist Church was relatively near the property. My room included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. Really enjoyed a bath in my private bathroom.

We had an unpleasant experience with laundry services. We paid for a load of laundry, but the staff member who handled it left a derogatory and accusatory note inside our personal bag. This was inappropriate and unprofessional, and left a negative impression on our stay. We also found the communication regarding laundry services to be unclear, with confusion over what the price included.

Despite being a bit difficult to find, this hotel exceeded our expectations. the luxurious amenities were impressive, including a lush garden area and private facilities that were immaculately maintained. the service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to fulfill our every need.

The inner courtyard was such a lovely surprise oasis, beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and it was just the right thing to start the day. the hotel is situated in a great spot, very close to everything and very easy to find.

There was an unfortunate incident where an unprofessional staff member had left a note in my belongings that was offensive. It was obviously not a pleasant experience.
